1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Cryptrodex Exchange (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access and use of our cryptocurrency exchange platform (“Platform”). By registering, accessing, or using Cryptrodex Exchange, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. LICENSE GRANT & RESTRICTIONS
2.1 License Grant – Subject to compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Cryptrodex Exchange for personal and lawful purposes.

2.2 Restrictions – You agree not to:

  • Modify, copy, or distribute the platform or any content without authorization.
  • Engage in unauthorized trading activities or use automated scripts/bots.
  • Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or money laundering activities.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code.
  • Violate applicable financial regulations or sanctions.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY
3.1 Eligibility – You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this Agreement.

3.2 Account Security – You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3.3 Verification – We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) in compliance with regulatory requirements.

4. TRANSACTIONS & FEES
4.1 Trading – Users can buy, sell, and trade cryptocurrencies in accordance with market conditions.

4.2 Fees – Trading, deposit, withdrawal, and service fees are specified on our website and may change at our discretion.

4.3 Transaction Limitations – Cryptrodex Exchange may impose limits on transactions for security and regulatory compliance.

5. COMPLIANCE & REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS
5.1 AML & KYC Compliance – Users must comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

5.2 Regulatory Changes – Cryptrodex Exchange reserves the right to update policies in accordance with changes in Dubai’s crypto regulations.

6. TERMINATION & SUSPENSION
6.1 Termination by User – You may close your account at any time by following the process outlined on our platform.

6.2 Termination by Cryptrodex – We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement, fraudulent activities, or non-compliance with regulatory requirements.

6.3 Effect of Termination – Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and outstanding obligations must be settled.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIABILITY
7.1 No Guarantees – Cryptrodex Exchange provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operations.

7.2 Liability Limitation – To the extent permitted by law, Cryptrodex Exchange is not liable for any loss, including financial losses due to market volatility, cyber threats, or technical failures.

8. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1 Applicable Law – This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

8.2 Dispute Resolution – Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) rules.
